It was founded in 1984 by Matthew S. Moore, a Deaf alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology.

MSM Marketing Research Group
Marketing is the practice of increasing awareness, consideration, purchase/repurchase and preference for a product or service through consumer-driven benefits, advertising, packaging, placement, pricing and promotions. Through MSM Ltd.'s Marketing Research Group, we will be able to determine the viability of a new service or product through research conducted directly with both Deaf and hearing potential customers.
